5 return Limit hit because first efile rejected

Turbotax is not allowing me to efile a return that was rejected due to missing IpPin.  Pin is now been input, but is counting my rejected return as the fifth return and it won't let me efile the same return that was rejected because it is counting it now as a 6th return.  This has to be a bug in the software.
