I have 1099R form with code G & B. I am following through the instruction and I get the following.
I don't understand why the amount shows total income when it suppose to be direct rollover to my current employer 401k. My understanding the amount should show up under Traditionally and Roth IRA distributions and not Pension and annuity distribution. How do I fix this or it is okay to let be this way?

The type of distribution on this page is controlled by the IRA (traditional not Roth) check box on your 1099R. Since code B for Roth is in box 7 the IRA box will not be checked and it will show as pension distribution.
I figure out that the code G is not taxable but I am wondering why amount shows up under pension and not IRA in the above screen shot.
It is shown under Annuity non-taxable distribution. Technically speaking, all pensions and IRA(s) are annuities. It won't create any issues for you as long as it is shown as non-taxable.
