401K Interest

I received no tax form from the company for my employer-sponsored 401K retirement plan.  I'm wondering if I need to report the amount my employer paid to my 401K or the interest from the 401K when doing my taxes.

401K Interest

No.

You do not report your employer's match or the interest earned on your 401(k) plan on your tax return.
