3rd time asking...In the review section TT wants me to enter info into a blank 1099 misc form as if I have forgotten or left info off. All of my 1099 info is complete.

How can I get rid of this blank 1099 misc form?  I don't want it to appear as if I have left income off when I have not.  No additional or random blank forms show up when I go to the screen where all the 1099s are listed.

Up in the right hand corner of H&B is "forms"  click on that and at the bottom of the screen it will have a small box to delete form.
