Read entire message for possible resolutions that maybe 3rd level support can look at. I can’t a straight answer from Turbo tax on an eta for the availability date of the 1099-NEC form in the Windows desktop version. I was told last Thursday 1/9, but nothing. Called back on Friday 1/10 and 1st level support did not get an answer from 2nd level support while I was on the phone. This happened twice when I called two separate times. The first call was dropped after 20 mins and the second call did not result an any answer after 30 minutes on the phone. So are the forms truly not available yet from the IRS(highly unlikely)? Are they waiting for internal approval? Is there a bug currently being worked on in the app? Most importantly what is the eta for delivery so I know it I have to hand write these to meet the 1/31 deadline? I’m o. Windows 11 release 23H2. Could that be the issue? Was this version of Turbo tax built with 24H2? Could that be the issue?
