Schedule C -- Car & Truck Wks
I have:
Line 5c = 10,297
Line 6 = 6,404
Then Line 9 calculation says 51.83%
It says it is calculated by dividing Line 6 by Line 5c, which makes perfect sense.
But the % value is obviously wrong, do the math yourself and it is 62.19%
Yet there is nowhere in the product to report bugs.
Going to intuit.com and picking Support just gives you Tax advice links galore.
The chat has yet to spit out an answer that is the least bit relevant, let alone helpful, to my questions.
ARGH! I am beginning to see why so many of my peers now use other products.

Do you have an entry on Line 10b for a special allocation (number of months)? Percentage of Business use can be reduced if you don't keep written mileage records for personal use. To learn more about this calculation, right-click on the box in question, then choose "About..." This brings up One Demand Tax Guidance on the underlying value or calculation.
We were unable to duplicate your experience using the entries you provided.
Yes, 10b has a 10 in it because the car was sold 10/22.
But both the total miles and the business miles are over the same time frame, so the percentage of business use should not be effected.
Be sure you indicated that you kept written evidence of personal miles. This answer should allow the full amount to be used.
I tried checking the Yes on 10a and sure enough it corrects the percentage. And that seems to only effect lines 22 & 23 but those don't flow through because line 25 (Standard mileage) is checked, and line 28e which only has a tiny effect on the end result because the new car was registered so late in the year that was a small number.
My wife's RE Office is in our house, so she tracks all her RE miles showing houses, etc. and there are no commuting miles. By definition anything not business miles is personal miles, but they aren't specifically tracked in her log book. She does also track medical and volunteer miles for use in other areas of the tax forms, but those are personal miles too.
So I can't legitimately check Yes on line 10a and guess I have to accept the end result, but I argue that the instructions for calculation of line 9 are clear and shouldn't be effected by things lower in the worksheet.
Make sure you are signed into the right account, @user17750955157 The most common reason for not finding returns is signing in with the wrong user ID, which can happen if you have multiple accounts. It’s best to use the same account every year so all of your tax returns will be stored in one place.
If you need to find an account, our account recovery tool can help you find your user ID or password.
Other common situations include:
I used a Desktop version of TurboTax instead of TurboTax Online
Look for your return on your Windows or Mac computer or request a copy from the IRS.
I filed my return with H&R Block, TaxACT, or somebody else
We don't have copies of returns prepared by H&R Block, TaxACT, TaxSlayer, Jackson Hewitt, Taxbrain, Liberty, or other tax preparers.
Contact the company or individual who prepared your return or order a copy from the IRS.
I filed another return using the same user ID
Filing another return in the same account replaces any other tax return you filed with that account. There's no way to recover it in TurboTax Online. You'll need to order a copy from the IRS.
This article explains how many returns you can file per Intuit Account.
Thank you Patricia! Your answer regarding the personal miles and line 10b resolved one of the key points of confusion for me and what I thought was a bug in the calculation of the business use %.
