2025 Software challenges

This year, it seems that TurboTax Premier has made it almost impossible to enter my taxes.

I do NOT electronically transfer - ever.

Trying to enter the interest, dividends etc was extremely labor intensive.

Some of continuing software problems still there along with a large number of new ones (ie NYS Turbotax figures at 17.8% --- I am at 6.85% ---- I was told they "know" and I should mail in my taxes --??? No response when I requested they FIX NYS tax calculation)

Additionally, charitable contribution was a nightmare. For EVERY donation ITEM, I had to select what I was donating, put in the date (EVERY ITEM -- even when I donated 50!!!), dollar amount AND then describe it and choose a valuation method. EXCEPT, the screens were so slow, I had to wait for each option to come up.

Are others finding this year incredibly frustrating????
