2025 home and business digital download doesn't have final efile screen.

Completed my return and i go through the steps to efile, i confirm all of my information. i hit continue on the print disclosures page and then there's just a blank white screen with a gray line going through the top of the page. its not allowing me to move on and continue my efile.

i have deleted and redownloaded the software, i have updated everything i can. i have shutdown and restarted my computer several times. i have called the Turbotax help desk and asked them to send this over to tech support and later i received an email after saying my case was closed..

how do i efile my return if there's no page in the software to do it?
