2024 Premier turbotax unable to install on windows

Unable to install software for 2024 - other years open fine.  Something is wrong with configutation when installing. It says it installed successful but it does not open and never asks for my license code.

2024 Premier turbotax unable to install on windows

Some users have suggested uninstalling TurboTax, rebooting a couple times, and re-installing.
