2024 Delux download version not working

Went online and downloaded "TURBOTAX DESKTOP ADVANTAGE DELUXE TAX YEAR 2024 WIN/MAC DOWNLOAD" for Windows. Installed TurboTax and saw no way to enter the License code.

1. Started the  program and it gathered data from 2023.

2. Personal info was presented and no changes made.

3. Under Wages and Income it showed input sources from 2023 and I said they all will be needed for 2024.

4. When I tell it to continue, I then choose to make my own choices of data entry instead of walking thru everything under the program's control. ( it does the same if choose to have it walk thru everything)

5. When I try to update some data (like Interest from a 1099 INT or SSA Income) a blank screen is presented.

6. I then have to click on Wages and Income which sends it back to the screen number 3. It is then stuck in a loop where it continues go thru steps 4 thru 6 again.

Try using the manual update to fix the loop issue your having:
