2023 Wisconsin state DO loop

My problem is similar to anothers.  Time has passed from the first indication of a problem, but the problem still exisits.

WI 2023 software was released a week ago, and it downloaded. When I try to access it, it tries to download again, then tells me my software is up-to-date. It's in a "DO" loop.

You should be able to access the 2023 Wisconsin state forms on January 4, 2024.
