2023 Turbotax file import

Would it mess up my 2024 TurboTax filing if I import my 2023 TurboTax file half way through finishing my 2024 TurboTax ? I need the 2023 tax file import to do  my schedule K1.

Earlier I was not able to import from TurboTax my 2023 TurboTax. There were no 2023 tax year documents listed  when I checked my intuition account.

Today I found out intuit let me do a download to retrieve the 2023 filing. In previous years I did not have to do that, the files were already there automatically after I filed each year.

Would the import mess up my entries so far or just replacing the informations I entered like personal information?

Do I have to do a download after filing each year from now on in order for the documents to appear in my account?

You cannot transfer 2023 into 2024 in the middle of preparing 2024.  That transfer has to be done at the very beginning, before you enter any new 2024 information.  So.....you start over, or you live with the 2024 as it is and key in the information by hand as best you can without transferring it.
