2023 Product issue

I am in the process of doing 2024 taxes all imports worked from 2023. However when I look at the details in 2023 is shows 0 federal and state due which was not the case. All the data appears to be present on the forms just not totaling correctly. When I logged into 2023 it did updates. Can someone tell me what to do to recover the correct data? or ask Turbo Tax to readjust to the correct totals?
