I am trying to estimate taxes for 2023 and I cannot find the SLCSP for 2023. It makes a difference in my total taxes due. I keep finding that I should use a tool on the marketplace but I only get to use 2022 and earlier. Can someone please point me in the right direction to see the 2023 SLCSP for my Plan? Thank you.

Yep ... pick up the phone and call Healthcare.gov for the info you seek : Call 1-800-318-2596
So I called this number, they do not know why TurboTax won't let us put $0. They don't have anyone in their department who handles taxes or knows about taxes. She only referred me to the Tax Tool on their website at. https://www.healthcare.gov/tax-tool/#/premium-tax-credit which still does not have 2023 as an option because they apparently haven't sent out all the 1095s. She advised I come back and check later in the month.
Unfortunately, I am concerned I will run into similar problems that others have run into where they use that tax tool, and then their return gets held up by the IRS because it doesn't match their 1095.
What are you trying to do? Wait for your 1095A so that you can enter it correctly. There are all kinds of tax documents that will not be ready or issued until late January or even early February.
Do not file a tax return without ALL of your income documents; you must include every 2023 W-2 on the same tax return. Employers have until the end of January to issue W-2’s. Wait until you have all of your W-2’s. Clients, schools, healthcare.gov, Social Security, banks and other financial institutions may not have tax documents available until late January/early February. ALL of your tax documents must be entered on the same Form 1040; do not file unless you have entered everything.
The 1095-A forms are available online as of yesterday however the SLCSP tool is not yet updated ... so please be patient.
I have my 1095A… and section B is $0 all the way through. I left this comment saying that healthcare.gov does not know anything about taxes and specifically told me to use the tax tool. This was to help anyone else who thought calling would get them answers. The person I spoke to even got her supervisor to look into it and they only knew about the tax tool.
If you look at past discussions about this topic, others have said when they used the tax tool and entered the info into section B, their return got stalled because it did not match their 1095A and had to redo it which I am trying to avoid.
