I'd guess that the team updating the "Forms Ready" tool are jumping the gun this week.

The update for it may come out tonight and be ready tomorrow...maybe.  Thursday is usually the day any not-ready forms are updated to ready status in the software update.

A week or 2 ago, that forms tool was entirely down for half-a-day.

Or a somewhat different left-hand vs Rt-hand issue.

Perhaps:

The team that updates the tool was told to change the display to indicate it's ready on Thursday, 11 January.

However:

Right now, for every location from New Delhi, India, and East to the Intenational dateline...it is now Thursday, 11 January.....but the software update team is more local...in the USA and it's still Wed, 10 January and, as-such, the 11 January deadline hasn't occurred yet, they haven't loaded the updates to the TTX severs.
