2023 Desktop MacOS (Ventura 13.6.3) not providing FEDERAL FILING instruction/summary page

Need a Federal filing update badly, guys. Nevermind I just spent 20 minutes trying to even get here, but also spent equal time playing with every PRINT option only to find a bug that's made the FEDERAL FILING INSTRUCTIONS/SUMMARY page from appearing anywhere in my desktop turbotax.

FOLLOW UP: I quit the program, went back in... and suddenly it's there! Weird, but okay.
