2022 Additional state tax return not downloaded

For the entire tax year of 2022 I resided in Delaware but received wages from a New York company that withheld NYS taxes. I filed a NYS IT-203 Non-resident return and then (for another $45) filed a Delaware state return with TurboTax transferring all the info. I have been informed by the Delaware State tax authority that there are errors on the return. I cannot locate my copy of the DE return in TurboTax. It is not in the PDF download from 2022 - that only has Federal and New York State filings. I found a zip file in my downloads called: w_delaware_ind_2022.230.0100 (labeled "Application") but it won't open. How do I locate a copy of this 2nd state return? I need this to review exactly what happened. Thanks!

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ 

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF) 

Or - 

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

This will take you back in to the 2023 online tax return. 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
