Hello TurboTax Expert, I filed earlier this year using TurboTax and it showed that I was expecting a state refund. I currently now owe taxes in California. Should I really be owning money?

CA Franchise Tax Board should have sent you a state letter explaining the reasons of "refund to balance due" adjustment. Kindly contact TurboTax customer service for further assistance.
