2021 form 8839 available?

has anyone been able to get their form yet? I got an email saying it is available but I do not know how to access it.... help please

To claim the adoption tax credit in TurboTax:

1. Open or continue your return if it isn't already open
2. Search for adoption credit and select the Jump to link
3. In the Did you pay any adoption expenses in 2021 or earlier? or the Credit for Adoption Expenses screen, read the information and, if you qualify, answer Yes
4. Continue answering questions until you're finished

Has anyone that filed with TaxAct had any movement with their return since filing? I filed on February 17th and it hasn't moved at all and transcripts haven't changed yet either.
