2021 Desktop Software download

I purchased the 2021 windows desktop software and it keeps giving me an error message and will not open although my computer meets the minimum requirements. I also receive a message stating the email address is invalid when it's a VALID email address. Please help, I need to file my taxes.. or provide me with a refund of 130.71.
