2021 App for MAC

I bought a TurboTax app for the MAC computer in Dec 2021 for my 2021 taxes.  It did not work on my old OS version and I could not file my 2021 taxes.  Now I’m trying to use it on an updated MAC with a compatible OS and the app did update but I am stuck at the License No -  I entered the License No I already had when I bought the software but it is not accepted.
