2020 Turbotax will not update. What can be done to remedy?

This still doesn't work.  After successfully installing the manual update, after it restarts, it still tries to update and fails.

I had to reinstall the program all together.  Once this was done my file I was working on popped up so I didn’t lose the data.

just installed turbotax but to complete the process it will not download updates

If that doesn't work it randomly will update.  Sometimes I'm able to still access it by going to my Task Manager & stopping the installer. What I'm finding is there are areas right now it says aren't available or being worked on like Foreign Tax so I can't even file anyway.
