2020 CT Estimated Taxes bug

<P>Turbo tax appears to calculate estimated taxes for CT incorrectly. It tells me my actual 2020 tax is 3,077. But then it tells me (after choosing to opt for estimated taxes based on actual taxes) that I will owe 377.00. Seems like a bug!</P>

I paid estimated taxes when i filed an extension, but i need to request that money to be refunded. How do I request that?

paid my estimated state taxes from my LLC partnership - where do I enter that information so the state to find the payment and apply to my estimated taxes paid

My 2020 and 2021 tax returns were rejected. I don't know why they were rejected nor am I able to download to print. Other excepted years are able to dwnld. Plz help. Dee
