2020 AGI when e-filing my 2021 taxes?

My 2020 taxes STILL have not been processed by the IRS yet!!!  (I had to paper file)

What do I put in for 2020 AGI when e-filing my 2021 taxes?

 The IRS is backlogged so mailed in returns are taking longer than usual.  If you e-file your return when you already mail could delay the processing of your return.

Let me clarify....

I am in the process of filing for the year 2021.

My tax returns for the year 2020 have still not been processed.

Oh sorry my bad.  Since you paper filed your 2020 return, try using Zero for your 2020 AGI to e-file.
