If you paid for one of the TurboTax online editions of either Deluxe, Premier or Self-Employed then contact TurboTax support and they will push a 2018 installation file to your download account at no charge.

Where are you stuck? You do know that you cannot e-file, right? A 2018 return has to be printed, signed and mailed. E-filing has been closed since October 15, 2019.
