I just paid $79.00 because it said I could electronically file my 2018 tax return this is like finding a needle in a hay stack.... pleas give steps on how to electronically file my 2018 return then this product or please issue me a refund ..this does not feel comfortable not even a phone number to call ur support team?

Did you buy the 2018 Desktop program? Did you fill out your return? You have to print and mail it. To efile a prior year you have to go to a local accountant or tax place that can efile prior years. I think some can.
