2018 access purchased last night - return not filed

Last night I paid you 174.97 for 2018 online tax prep package, aftet I spent 6 hours finishing. Now nothing is available of my information, and your system suggests I buy a download to do my 2018 taxes. It didn’t file anything because of a glitch with a 1099. Why sell it to me at full price if you will lock me out - with no data - in a matter of hours? And whete’s all my data?

Download the .taxfile from the online version to continue it  ...

Of course if the return is ready to file then download the PDF file since the return must be mailed in at this late date ...
