the download option is available but it is not downloading...please help

    I paid for the 2017 California Tax forms, was charged, but it will not download.

    If you purchased the 2017 software from TurboTax as a download then sign onto your download account to download the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts
