I have 2 Merrill CMA accounts. (2 different account #'s)
The account has the 2 tax documents in the Merrill account, with one Merrill login.
When I try to import using the same login, error message states to contact Merrill.
Merrill's broker sees no reason why these are not downloading.
Please help in why Turbo Tax is not downloading the tax file.

If you are using TurboTax Online, try importing using a different browser.

I'm using desktop software. I am able to log in to my Merrill account and see the tax documents, but TT doesn't seem to be able to connect to the Merrill account.
this problem happened last year and again this year.
I have been using TT for over 10 years the issue is with TT,
another person i know has 2 trading account in the login, can see the tax documents but cannot import sales and 1099's.
i have tried all the items you mentioned with no luck, can i have an IT customer service number to resolve this issue for me and my friend
For Merrill, I saw another user changed their password for Merrill and then was able to import. Let me know if this works for you.
User solution:
The ultimate solution, although I do not understand why, was to change my Merrill password. Once I did this, the import worked fine. My previous password worked in Merrill, but for some unknown reason when I used the same ID/Password in TurboTax, I could not log in.. Simply changing my password in my Merrill account and then attempting the import with the new password worked.
