1378.48 > 1378.48 on CA VPDI

I get an error about box 14 on W-2 from my employer. " You entered California SDI and/or VPDI greater than $1,378.48.  Since the maximum is 1,378.48, you may have entered an incorrect code."

I entered $1,378.48  which is equal to $1,378.48 not greater than.  Turbo Tax is wrong and won't let me file my taxes.  I tried entering $1,378.00 but that got the same error message.

Reduce the amount on your W-2 to $1,377. It doesn't have any affect your income tax.
