Sorry  I  have  tried  all  of  those  possibilities  I  can  think  of  --I  have  had  this  same  1009R  entry   for  many  years  on  On line  Turbotax  Premium  version  and  done  without  a  problem.  I  entered    this  1009R his  time  the  Same  way  too      but  at  the  End  it  keeps  saying  "  NEEDS  REVIEW"  .       Some  people  believe  that  the  Forms  to  enter  1099R   for  IRA  Withdrawal  are  not  ready  yet--But  No one  seems  to  know  for  sure.   Does  anyone  know?    (Please  if  they  are  Not  yet  ready   to  complete  Turbotax  should  Put  a  sign  there  that  its  Not  yet  ready  to  complete  and  to  come  back later  ) .    When  all  you  get  is  a  "  NEEDS  REVIEW"  it  makes  you  feel  that  you  have  not  entered  all  the  Info----but  I  have    and  I  have  done  this  form  for  many  years.   I  just  need  to  know  in  order  to  complete  my  tax  return  because  you  will   Not  be  able  to  File  with  a  "Needs  review"  there.

There are follow-up questions in the retirement section that have to be answered after entering all of your 1099-Rs.   Each 1099-R form has a set of questions, and then there is another group of questions that need to be answered before moving on to the next income type.

After reviewing the document entries, click on Continue (even if the Needs Review still shows) to answer the follow-up questions about disaster distributions.   Usually once those questions are answered, the Needs Review will go away.

You may also try deleting the form and re-entering it if the issue persists.
