1099DIV entry for tax exempt fund shows "Needs Review". My entries are correct. Still get "Needs Review". Called help & couldn't resolve. What do I do?

My entries are correct.  There are 2 ways to enter and I have exhausted all options.  Couldn't resolve with TTax online help. Referred to another expert at TTax but line went dead.  I need help on this issue.

That response didn't provide any new information and didn't even deal with the use of a 1099DIV when reporting tax exempt dividends into TTax in box 11 and AMT information in box 12, nor did it deal at all with my issue, viz, how resolve the "Needs Review" requirement.  Please reread my question and provide the helpful information.  Thanks,
