That message just means that that section of TurboTax is still being updated to reflect current law changes. Once the program is updated for this issue you can file your tax return. 

In December, President Biden signed a law regarding all disasters going back to 2019.  We are waiting on federal and state agencies to let us know when we can finalize our forms for you. Please check forms availability here.
