1099-R When does the IRS accept this?

Hello, I am currently trying to file taxes (E-file) and I am running into the error with my 1099-R stating that I cannot file my taxes just yet. Is there a certain date that they will accept this form and I can continue to efile ? It gives me the option to mail in my return to file as well.

The IRS is accepting Efiled returns with a 1099-R.

If you're using TurboTax Online, clear your  Cache and Cookies.

Then return to your 1099-R entry, and go through the entire section to review your entries.  There are follow-up questions after your entry.

It may there is something on your 1099-R entry that is directing you to mail your return.  If you can give more details about the message you receive when trying to Efile, we'll try to help.
