1099-R Distribution Code J

1099-R Distribution Code J - tax withheld

I have a 1099-R with Distribution Code J - 10% tax was withheld upon distribution. This was an early withdrawal and was not due to a qualifying event.

After entering this is TT, it is asking me to input prior years contributions. How many years back do I need to tally up and add here? I have had my Roth IRA for over 5 years.
