1099-NEC only shows last 4 digits of Payer's EIN

I am trying to amend my tax return and don't have the payer's full EIN. It won't let me proceed unless I enter the EIN, and I cannot upload the document to my amended return.

You might need to contact the issuer for the full ein. They are not supposed to truncate their ein.

On my 1099NEC form the I show payers SSN no Federal EIN. I selected the radio for SSN. Now requiring payers EIN to file, but only the SSN is listed. What ca I do?
