1099 misc - over evaluated

how do i correct the amount on the 1099 misc that the corp has entered - which is way over the actual amount of the services received.  in the past doing turbo tax premium there was a line to adjust the 1099 misc amount but i don't see that on the deluxe edition.

You can make an adjusting entry to correct an overstated miscellaneous income entry in TurboTax as follows:

1. From the Federal menu in TurboTax find Wages and Income 

2. Find Less Common Income

3. Choose Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C

4. Choose Other Reportable Income

5. Enter a description of the adjustment and the amount as a negative number
