The 1099-G jump to link should take you directly to the input screen for that form.  Be sure to type "1099-G" in the search box, you must include the dash.

Alternatively, you can reach the 1099-G input screen by following these instructions:

• Login to your TurboTax Account 
• Click "Take Me To My Return"
• Click "Federal" from the left side of your screen
• Scroll down and click "Unemployment Compensation" or "Other Common Income"
• Click "Start/Revisit" next to the kind of income reported on your 1099-G
