1099 download from Edward Jones

I have tried numerous times to download 1099s from Edward Jones and failed.  I also had trouble last year.  I changed default browsers from Duck Duck Go to Google Chrome, rebooted after change, reopened Turbo Tax.  It makes it to the EJ site but stops and backs out.  I have read all the posted suggestions, no real help. Download from other financial institutes work.
