A Form 1099-B is issued to report the proceeds from your stocks and bonds transactions. The transactions will generate either a long term or short term capital gain or loss depends on how long the stocks are being held. The amount will be reported on line 7 of your Form 1040 along with a Schedule D and Form 8949.
This is exactly what I am dealing with. I have been selling credit put spreads. But when you click the expired box the line 1d disappears making it look like you never gained from the options that were STO
This doesn't work because when you select option expired TurboTax removes the proceed line (line 1d) and reports it as a zero.

@Orchardtiger Instead of using "Expired", enter the date of expiration as the date you "sold"/closed the position.
