1095A corresponding entries erase zero

  1. If your Form 1095-A has corresponding entries showing as zero, it could indicate an issue that needs to be corrected. 

 

Here are some steps you can take:

  1. Check all the information on your Form 1095-A to help ensure accuracy.
    1. Part III, Column B has a “0” or is blank for any month someone in your household had the Marketplace plan
  2. Don't file your taxes until you have an accurate 1095-A. If anything about your coverage or household is wrong, contact the Marketplace Call Center.
    1. IIf you find any discrepancies, contact the Health Insurance Market click here and scroll down to Chek if your 1095 is correct and follow the instructions
  3. Follow the steps below to enter the 1095-A into TurboTax

Here's how to enter your 1095-A in TurboTax:

  1. Open or continue your return. - Be sure you are logged in for link to work
  2. Navigate to the 1095-A section:
    • TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to 1095-A.
    • TurboTax Desktop: Search for 1095-a, then select the Jump to link.
  3. Answer Yes and enter your 1095-A info on the next screen.
    • We don't need all the info from your 1095-A. We'll only ask about the info that affects your return.
