I just received a 1095-B form from medicaid last year. On the paper it says to make sure I include this with my federal return. When I filed my taxes, I just googled quickly if Medicaid required a 1095 and it said no so I thought I was in the clear. Wrong I guess. It’s not letting me amend my return at the moment. What do I do?

You do not enter a 1095B on your tax return. You only enter a 1095A if you have marketplace health insurance from healthcare.gov. When the software asked if you had a 1095A you should have said NO to that question.
A Form 1095-B is not reported on a tax return so there is no need for you to amend.
Only the Form 1095-A is required to be entered on a tax return. That 1095-A is from one of the Marketplace exchanges or from healthcare.gov.
