I filed my 2023 taxes early. I did not realize I had to include my 1095-A (Marketplace Insurance). My return was rejected by the IRS. I found my 1095-A and clicked the fix my return button. Which has to be done on a laptop. Now it keeps telling me column B cannot be zero. At least one field has to have a number. January-September are zero but October-December has a number. I entered that number from column B into the prompted field on the next screen. Turbo tax keeps kicking it back to the screen that says the field can’t be zero, even though I’m putting in the correct number. It’s a vicious loop. Why won’t it accept the number!!! I can’t file my taxes because of this. I called marketplace and I put the info in exactly as it is on my 1095-A form and turbo will NOT accept it.

Do not enter zeros in those fields. The software does not like zeros. If the 1095A has a zero just leave those particular fields blank when you enter the data into the software.
Thank you. To all who had this same issue, on your 1095-A leave columns A, B and C blank, if it has zeros. Only fill in a columns A, B, C that has the amounts for the corresponding months amounts. If it has a zero in the columns, delete the zeros and leave blank. Then proceed to refile. Hope this helps. My return was rejected but then was accepted when I corrected this mistake.
