Look at your tax return.  Is there a Form 1095-A and a Form 8962 included?

Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down and click on Add a State.  This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.

If the Form 1095-A and the Form 8962 are not included with your federal tax return then follow the procedure in the following TurboTax support FAQ for a Form 8962 and Form 1095-A as requested by the IRS for 2019 - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/health-care/help/the-irs-is-requesting-form-8962/01/27409

If the Form 1095-A and Form 8962 were included with your federal tax return then contact the IRS using the phone number provided in the IRS letter so you can get this matter resolved.

Turbotax did the exact same thing to me.  I only had one month usage of the insurance - January.  And then I got letter from the IRS saying it wasn't enter.  I did enter it when I was prompted to.  I now have to wait for 4-8 weeks for my refund.  Turbotax did reenter the 1095A and did the 8962 form which I then had to mail to the IRS.  I think Turbotax has a glitch on their site.  I am hearing a lot of this problem with the 1095A form.

This is a common issue. A lot of taxpayers overlook the 1095-A as not a required form anymore because of the repeal of the individual mandate. However it is still required for claiming the health premium credit and the IRS will delay processing your return until the form 8962 is completed.

My 1095-A wasn't overlooked.  I entered it when I did my taxes.  Just like I did the following year.  I think turbotax has a glitch.  For some reason my 1095-A didn't take for the 2019 tax year.

When prompted by turbotax when I filed last month I put in the required information.  And it was there.  But at the end it was gone and I didn't notice because I didn't think that it would have been removed somehow.

I had to file long form this year so I had to pay turbo tax.  I think turbotax needs to look into what may have happened because something is wrong with their system - a glitch.
