I had MassHealth from June through October (for which I paid premiums). I moved to Florida at the end of October and cancelled MassHealth. I only paid my premiums through October. My 1095-A shows an amount in Block C for the month of November. I questioned MassHealth on this and all they said was that they paid the premium and to consult my tax advisor (I don't have one - I use TurboTax). The November amount had changed my refund amount quite a bit. Am I stuck with their mistake now?

You aren't stuck with it but the solution is difficult and annoying.
The IRS has received a copy of your 1095-A which shows the November premium. They'll expect to see it on your tax return. If Mass Health isn't going to correct the 1095-A (and it sounds like they don't want to since they paid it) then your only option is to remove the November premium and paper file the return with an explanation. Since you didn't receive the benefit of the premium you need to attach proof that you cancelled the health care in October and moved to Florida as well as a letter detailing your conversation with Mass Health.
Thank you. I have had a few conversations with them. The original 1095-A showed amounts in Columns A,B & C for both November and December. The "corrected" one only showed an amount in column C. While speaking with them yesterday, they acknowledged that IF there was an amount in column C, then there should have been an amount for Premium paid in Column A (after all, they are stating they paid the premium). I am currently expecting another corrected 1095-A, because the CS Rep I spoke to today stated that there should have been no APTC listed for November. Extremely frustrating.
