I am married and filing separately and I have to file my 1095-A form. It has my husband, me, and my daughter on it. My daughter is also claiming herself. My husband made the least amount of money this year, under 20,000. How should we split up the percentages we are claiming on the form? My understanding is that the lowest income person should claim 100% in each category and the rest claim 0%. Is that the best option or...?

Unfortunately, if you are filing separately, you will not be able to get the Premium Tax Credit. If you received it as an advance, you will do best to have the lowest income person claim 100%.
if your daughter is not included on either parent's return as a dependent she must also file the 1095-A because she's in a different tax family.
