1095-A Column B Turbotax won't accept input with $0 or Blanks in those columns

My 2022 1095-A form is as follows:

January - No premiums in columns A, B and C (left fields blank)

February -

Column A $293.13

Column B $255.89

Column C $254.89

March - Column A $0.00 (when I leave BLANK I get red error message "Please enter an amount ")

Column B $0 (when I leave blank I get a red error message "Must be greater than $0")

Column C $254.89 (this is what is on my 1095-A form, I think because there is an amount in Column C, TurboTax wants to "see" amounts in Columns A and B and is causing the issue).

April thru December are all blank (No 0's).

Questions:

1) Is there a workaround?

2) Should I enter $255.89 as shows in February Column B even though March 1095-A has $0??

3) Should I enter .01 cents or $1.00 as a workaround???
