I have filed my taxes correctly. When filing my daughter's return (she is a dependent). Her state (PA) return was rejected and they wanted a Form 8962 attack along with 1095 A because she is a dependent on the 1095. If I put in the 1095 in her personal deductions, it does not look correct. How do I do this correctly ??

You are correct, your daughter should not have to report the 1095-A on her return if she is a dependent. Can you clarify what the Pennsylvania error is saying (specifically)? Thanks. @ottokess
The e file database indicates Form 8962 must be included in the return. Tax payer, spouse and dependents was enrolled ACA. Please resubmit return with Form 8962 using information from your 1095 A
The e file database indicates Form 8962 must be included in the return. The taxpayer, spouse or dependent claimed on tax return was enrolled in ACA Marketplace health insurance and advanced payments of premium tax credits were paid for coverage. Pease resubmit the return with Form 8962 using information from your 1095 A. If you did not receive 1095 ....... If you think Form 8962 is not required, please resubmit with a binary attachment PDF containing heading ACA Explanation and explain why Form 8962 is not required.
Is this for your state or federal return? Form 8962 is a federal form and the credit is not paid by the state. In general, PA does not require this form to be included with your return. It does not ask about health insurance as their is no state mandate for insurance in PA.
