1095-a and 8962 faxed. Still nothing. It’s been over 2 months

Sent 1095-a form and 8962. Faxed 3/20/2020. Can’t call it’s due to being closed. Wwr still says be processed.  Getting frustrated as I have never had this issue in the past. Plz help

we can do nothing except tp say to call irs use phone number on notice.  otherwise 800-829-1040
