1041 and CA form 541 deductions are not matching

I'm getting an error for 541 sch B line 15 that says it must match 1041 line 18 (541 line 15 is (-)28691, 1041 line 18 is zero). However 1041 line 18 is supposed  to be the same as 1041 schedule B line 15 which is (-)28691 so maybe the error is between 1041 lines 18 and 15. these numbers are auto filled and  I don't see a way to change

Getting the same issue on Desktop Business 2025. Is there a solution for this?

We have tested the transfer of Form 1041 information to CA Form 541 in TurboTax Business and found calculation errors that prevent accurate results. 

It would be helpful to have a TurboTax ".tax2025" file that is experiencing this issue for further research. You can send us a “diagnostic” file that has your “numbers” but not your personal information. If you would like to do this, here are the instructions: 

1. Open your return and go to Online in the top menu, then choose "Send Tax File to Agent."
2. You will see a message explaining what the diagnostic copy is.  Click okay through this screen and then you will get a Token number.
3. Reply to this thread with a screenshot of your Token number (this avoids Community filters for numbers with a dash) and tag (@) the Expert requesting the token from you.
4. Please include any States that are part of your return - this is VERY important.

We will attempt to determine the cause of your experience and possibly provide you with a resolution.

I am having the same issue.  Will an update be provided by Turbo Tax to fix this issue soon?  How do I move forward with the filing deadline approaching next week.  Very frustrating.  Thanks

Please provide a token number as previously described to allow us to research a possible resolution.

In the meantime, you may consider filing a request for extension of time to file, which gives you until October to file your 1041 return. See How do I file an extension for my business taxes?
